Linked bank account

Good Morning...I opened a non-profit account recently and was able only to send money from the bank I linked to my account once yesterday morning...and then I could not do it any more...it kept asking me to select a credit card preference?? I went to the bank twice yesterday and actually on the second visit brought my lap top...I knew as soon as I clicked the send button it would work and it did there! I got home and again I am confirmed with the link to my bank it's listed...there is money but I cannot send to any recipient from that account only the first time??? HELP!!  We have dogs & cats to save in Puerto Rico!!

Just guessing here - as this is a public community, no one here can look at account info.   Do you also have a credit card linked and confirmed to your account ?   I'm thinking you may still have limits on your account at this point for both sending and withdraws - by having both a bank account and credit card linked normally removes those limits.   The credit card serves as your backup funding source and additional proof of ID.
