So, I have a paypal account (personal) with direct deposit information. I used the routing number and account number to enter that as bank info for my kickstarter project. It was funded and they say the money was sent. I see no money, so I went to look and online it says that you can't use paypal with kickstarter but when my account was initially verified the account number and routing number were fine. I'm so confused. Do they just mean you can't have a normal paypal account which pays to a person with an email? I thought if I had a routing number and account number with my paypal account it would work like any other bank account as far as direct deposit. Can someone help. I also am not sure if its just taking a bit. They just sent the money supposedly today. I'm worried and all support lines are closed.
