I'm having issues trying to set up direct deposit it keeps saying sorry we can't confirm its you and I'm not getting any text to confirm its me

Do you have a mobile (not landline) phone issued in your country and registered in just your name verified on your Paypal account?
Paypal are using mobile phones for i.d requirements for logging in and withdrawal funds for extra security measures.

Yes I'm using the PayPal app on my cell phone that's where it keeps saying sorry we can't confirm it's you and I don't even get a text message to confirm it's me
