Well, my friend lend me some emergency money via paypal because he is in the states. Because since i created my account so long ago i never cared to confirm my identity. Now if i receive the money i will not be able to use the money now witch is the purpose of it. I wanted to do a refund and send it to a friend who has his paypal all set up. I haven receive the money because i will not mi able to send it to my friend so' my though was to refund the money, make my friend send it to my friend with the paypal set up already. But I'm afraid that the my friend who lend me the money do not receive the money instantly since if this happen i will not be able to receive the money today. I haven't accepted the money that i received, if i issue the refund will the money go instantly to him making him able to send it to my other friend or it will get hold up for days?

Just don't claim or accept the money, and the unclaimed funds should be returned to friend 1 after 30 days automatically by PayPal. Friend 1 can send another payment to friend 2 who has their account set up right and you get the money from friend 2.

Friend 1 just have to wait 30 days for the first payment to be returned to him.

If you claim the money and PayPal blocks you from accessing the money because you haven't or don't want to verify your identity, then the money is stuck anyway until you can verify your identity, So it is best you do not claim the money so that it will be returned to friend 1 after 30 days by PayPal.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
