Issue in refund money for invoice

Hello Community,

I am not able to refund one invoice . When I clicked on issue refund it redirect me again on invoice . I would like to ask you if there is another way to refund money. I need to refund money soon otherwise client will raise dispute.

Thank you for your post!

If you have received the payment, you can issue simply a refund. 

Here's how to refund a payment:

1. Click Activity near the top of the page.
2. Click the payment you want to refund.
3. Click Issue a refund.
4. Enter the amount you would like to refund and an optional note to your buyer.
5. Click Continue.
6. Review your information to make sure you entered the correct refund amount, and then click Issue Refund.
