when i buy the PC in the lenovo US website, then, i try to check out ,but ,got this "Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time".
so please help me to solve this problem, and pay it .

Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues making this payment. There are many reasons why your payment may be denied. Your bank or card issuer may not be authorizing this transaction. Alternatively, you may be experiencing a block from our security system. I would suggest allowing a little time, logging in from a secure location using a different browser and trying your payment again.
