I was selling a pram on gum tree and buyer wanted me to pay courier, he sent payment for pram and courier together but its only in a email that went to my junk folder and nothing is showing on my paypal account??

Yes, its a scam. Looks like buyer sent a spoof PayPal email to trick you into thinking they have paid. If there's no record of payment received in your PayPal account, then you have not been paid.
