I was wondering if any businesses out there have been having issues with PayPal accepting payments from their customers in the last 48 hours.
Since 19th November, my business has lost over £700.00 in orders because PayPal seem to be unable to process the payments.
I understand that sometimes payments are refused but we've had 11 orders placed on our website that have been pending payment for 1 hour and then the order is automatically being cancelled. We don't believe this to be an issue with our site as customers who are paying with Credit Cards are going through absolutely fine. It's only people that are trying to pay with PayPal.
We are only a small family run business and this is killing us!
I just wondered if anyone was experiencing the same thing at the moment?
