I have setup an Egyptian account with an Egyptian debit card and credit card. I have also confirmed the credit card, and set it up as the primary method of making my online payments.
I am currently in Canada and trying to make a purchase from a Canadian website.
However, when ever I tried to make the purchase through payapl it says "Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later."
