Hi, I’m dealing with a guy who ask me ship the item. He said he proceeded payment $570, and I received an email about pending amount. Is it safe if I ship? Can he cancel the transaction when the item is out?

As long as the money is SHOWING AS PENDING IN YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT BALANCE then yes.

If the funds ARE NOT showing in your paypal balance as pending then its a scam most likely.

Yeah I think you are perfectly correct. The pending amount doesn’t show up, and the transaction ID link is invalid. Thanks a lot
