Is it allowed to use a QR code to send and receive money to friends and family?
For example, after scanning the QR code I want to pay with my credit card to send money to a friend or family member.
(it is less expensive to use the QR code than to send money with a credit card online).
Is that allowed or is it against some Terms? Can you point me to any Terms discussing this?
Thank you!

I am interested in this too, i gave my qr code to a friend and paypal didn’t even give ky friend the option to choose friends and family, or business. It was automatically discounted as business. I am not using paypal anylonger, should stick to cash app.
