Invoice not showing

I have been sent an invoice to pay but when I click to view the invoice or click pay invoice it is taking me to a blank PayPal page. The lady even cancelled the invoice and sent it again and it is still doing the same thing. Anyone any ideas?

I'm sorry to hear that there is a technical issue when you try to pay an invoice. Please try clearing the cookies and cache in your browser and restart the browser. Please also make sure that you're not blocking cookies in your browser. If the problem persists after that, please log in at https://www.paypal-support.com and open a ticket to our technicians. Make sure you let them know what steps you took to troubleshoot the situation and the details about the operating system and browser you're using.
