Recently, my parents lost a lot of money from their bank account being hacked. It left me worried about paypal being used to hoard stolen money. I was wondering that if my bank account ever got hacked, and had the money transferred to a PayPal account, would the bank itself ever send me anything (email, mail, text, call, etc)?
