I am trying to purchase a gift card as a gift online though target withy credit account I defiantly have the available funds and my pay pal credit is my preferred method of payment. I did it once before not to long ago and all was well now when I go to check out it is saying I need to enter a debit or credit card to complete my purchase when I'm trying to buy a 200 dollar gift card with a more then accessible credit line for the purchase can anyone help?
