I want to refund

I want to refund a payment but in the tutorial i read it says to click on the "Refund This Payment" but i dont see the button

Click on the transaction in your paypal account and the refund option is at the bottom of that 'details' page.

I dont see it, maybe its becouse i dont have a linked card >?
