I want to cancel a subscription and want a refund please.

I want a refund and cancel my subscription with a merchant. I removed my card but the the payment still went from my card now. Very upset.

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
