I transferred the wrong money.

I got an email from usps. I thought I owed them money for the things I packed, but I checked. But I accidentally transferred two time.

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post.

Once a transaction shows as 'Completed' in your PayPal account, it cannot be cancelled. If you paid a merchant twice in error, I would suggest you contact the merchant directly to request a refund. They will have the option to refund one of the payments for you.
