I sent the money to wrong email address

Hello, i accidently sent the money to wrong email address and selected the friends/family option, so there is no way i can refund it through the resolution center !! And also there is no “unclaimed or claimed” show and also no “ cancel” option for that email.. How can i get the money back Please help me
