Hey, literally just now I sent money to my mum but before I knew it it was sent and I never realised I didn't make sure it was to friends and family and instead it was marked as personal payment. She has an etsy shop and now they will think she is getting paid as a seller and will charge her! I am very frustrated because payment was completed instantly and I can't cancel it. What are my options?

Ask your mum if she was charged a PayPal fee on the payment. She can refund it (and pay the flat rate fee portion of the PayPal fee to refund) and you can resend her the money as friends and family. If PayPal sends annual tax documents to your mum for her sales, it will count as a sale, even if she refunded.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
