I put in the wrong email! Yikes!

Okay community!  

I sent a payment to a wrong email.  Payment is pending in my PayPal account, however it did come out of my personal bank account.  How to I stop payment to that email and resend to the correct one?  I tried to email the "wrong" email to notify them, but it was kicked back to me as an invalid address. Thank-you very much...I have been sitting on hold for 30 minutes and running out of patience with that!
