I lost 129$ with PayPal and dropbox

In July 2020 I subscribed to Dropbox plus and pay 119,88$ for it via PayPal. But in July 2021 when my card was charged it took -129.68 USD. I opened an issue in PayPal for refund but I was surprised that I refunded only 0.88$ My Dropbox plus account was stopped because of PayPal refunded me 0.88$ I do not know what I should to do and do not understand what goes wrong. Dropbox support said that I should contact with PayPal. And if I want I can buy it again. But where my 129$.

Sorry to hear of the trouble with this transaction. 

 

Have you reached out to the merchant to verify if the subscription price changed? Was there a currency conversion completed to send the payment? If yes, that would cause a difference in price. If the merchant cancelled your account due to the claim, you would need to work directly with the merchant to see if there are any options to re-instate your service.

Hi, thanks for your reply. You are right it's because there are was a double conversion. But for this moment I can't return my money and can't restore my dropbox subscription. But my money stuck on dropbox's  side. They said that I should contact with PayPal support but in the chat with Paypal assistant he said that I should ask dropbox support 😢
