Today evening at approximately 7.30 pm I buy a service from 3rd party Website and paid 200€. ( first I paid through goods and service option) and he refunded and told me send through family and friends and I did ( after few min he blocked me 😭😭😭😞😞😞) is there any way to report him and to get my money back kindly please help
