I got an email notification saying your payment is waiting

In the email, Paypal told me to provide some missing information. They told me to go to the resolution centre to claim the amount. But my paypal account's resolution center is empty. I can't see anything there. Pls help

I have done everything that is mentioned in the article. And Paypal has verified it as well. But still I cannot find any information about my pending amount in the PayPal account.

I tried to contact paypal but they are not very responsive either. All I have is just a notification email that says the amount. How do I get my money
