I cannot buy items

Whenever I pay to buy a product, the paypal page is displayed

Many merchants accept payment using PayPal as a means of payment method. Similar with the seller where you tried to process a payment and shows PayPal on the Checkout page. There are several factors why sending money to somebody got declined using PayPal. Check below article for possible reasons:
