I can't pay using paypal on ebay

For the last few years I have been using eBay with no problem paying, now when I go to quick pay using paypal it says log into paypal we can't process your payment! Nothing is showing up when I'm online yo say why it won't work! Help! I need to pay for shoes!

I have the same problem, if you havent allready contact the seller and tell him theres been a problem with paypal.

Could someone please fix or give solution please.

If you are experiencing difficulties trying to make a payment from your PayPal account, you should try contacting customer serivces directly and we can investigate the issue that you are having directly on your PayPal account.

Im having the same problem,im with internet explorer,i use mozzilla firefox browser(thou any browser will probably do) to pay for paypal items on e-bay with no problems!!so its obviously a conflict that has arison between paypal and internet exploerer throu an update recently,paypal and microsoft need to get their socks out and get it sorted out!!!

I have the same problem and it is driving me mad ! Used Paypal for ages with no problem and now it is ipossible on e bay ! Contact them well that is a laugh. It just sends you round and round in circles. Does this answer your question NO !!! Only prewritten questions how do you get personal contact ? I live in France so is worse as site is in French ! Of course but my french is pretty good but not good enough to fix this ! Any suggestions ?

Hi guys,

I can only imagine how frustrating this may be for you all. There are a few different things that you could do in order to assist you with resolving this issue that you are experiencing.

You should try clearing the temporary internet files on your home computer. By doing this, it could assist you with being able to complete a payment to your seller through your account. The next thing that you can try doing is to try using a different web browser to access the PayPal website. This could also assist you in completing the payment to your sellers account.

The third thing that you can try doing is to contact your seller and request that they send you an invoice. They can send you an invoice through eBay or through PayPal. By doing this, it could also assist you in completing the payment to their account.

I have exactly the same problem. Have bought carparts and now I cant pay! So frustrating and seller cant help me. I have tried different web browsers but nothing works. So stupid. Have used paypal so many times before on ebay but this is really strange. Have to make bank transfer. 😞

David from ebay you are living in cloud cocoo land. Yes reset your cookies, great idea now I have to spend hours putting my passwords back in. And I still cannot complete the bid. Your other suggestion, find another browser. Great idea. I like chrome are you telling me that chrome is no good now, . May be I donot like Paypal any more.

Its time that that you were manly enough to admit that there is a problem here and stop hiding behind stupid ideas that cost customers of papal and ebay time and money. This attitude is pathetic. If I may be so bold as to suggest that paypal and ebay sit down together and sort out this problem. This is costing sellers money (just a reminder this is where you make your money also) because I can not put in a bid. And buyers alot of unnecssary wasted time and frustration bordering on hatred. Do your job, sort it out and stop blame others.

I've had the same problem for a few days.  I could log into Paypal from a Google search, but not from the Ebay website.

I remembered that last week I had an update from Microsoft which caused a few problems.  To rectify these problems, I had to clear my computer's history.

This must have also cleared the info between Ebay and Paypal.

So, whilst logged into Ebay, I went into My Ebay -  Account - and then clicked on the box for automatic payments.

Since then, I have been able to buy on Ebay, and paying via Paypal.
