I can't pay for my items

Hey guys, I hope you are all well and safe. I'm trying to do an online shop and I have enough money in my balance to cover it. But PayPal won't let it go through and keeps saying "return to merchant" I did get a text to confirm that its me but my reply won't go through as I'm on a restricted contract. I've tried for the passed 3 days to message PayPal but with no response. Can anyone help me? Thank you!

Have you done this?

 

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > second down click on update next to your prefered way to pay and put a dot in the balance option.
