I'm having problems adding (linking) my debit card (specifically, Visa Electron) to my PayPal account. Each time I try to add it, I get the following error message: "Your card has been declined. Please try a different payment method." I checked with my bank, there are no issues with the card on their side, the card is active and there are more than enough funds on the card to confirm/verify it.
