Paypal says I received funds from an item I had for sale on Ebay. I need to issue a refund to the buyer. When I try to issue a refund, it says there are not enough funds. I am trying to refund the amount that is shown. I have not transferred any money from Paypal to my account.
At one point it said that Paypal would be refunding "0" amount.
