I can't get paid?

I'm trying to work with this writing company. I gave them a book and they keep trying to pay me but said it isn't working. Maybe I don't have the right account for it or something. But I need help.

Have you checked that they are trying to pay to the correct email address with no spelling errors.

Is it the email address you have linked to your paypal account?

Have you verified that email address?

Are they paying you in your countries currency?
