Hyperwallet question for refund in AUD to Australian Bank account.

I am trying to do a refund through Hyperwallet to an AUD bank account from Agoda. There seems to be two fields to enter a bsb. The Australian bsb doesn’t seem to work it keeps saying incorrect length or format. Can anyone assist? Thank you
