I've come across under (Confirm your identity) I need to upload my current Australian driver's licence or permit, but it says "You can’t submit a driver’s licence or permit for both proof of name and date of birth and proof of residential address." What does this first question mean? And why do I have to upload my driver's licence or permit on both sides?
