How to get Prior Year Reports

Hello,

I need to know how to get sales reports for my account from 2015 and 2016. It will only let me get it back through 2017.

You should be able to go back at least 3 years.

In such instances, you will need to request download of the activity choosing Statements in the Activity section. Here you can create a report with the timeframe you wish.
