Hello. I have a problem. I funded etoro using my paypal account which is linked to my salary debit card. As per Etoro's policy. When I make a withdrawal they will refund the original payment method used first which means if I deposited $200 to etoro using paypal they will refund $200 back. I made a withdrawal last March 31. ETORO was able to process it and Paypal refunded it to my card. However my card is unable to process that transaction and I haven't received that money back. It's been two months. I have gotten the ARN number but my bank is still too incompetent to process it. I have decided to not pursue that amount and just count it as a lost cause so now I am trying to have paypal excluded as a payment method so my future withdrawal will not be directed to Paypal and to that crap card. To do that Etoro asked me to get an email from Paypal that gives Etoro permission to exclude it as a payment method. I have tried talking to paypal assistants but they couldn't seem to comprehend. Someone actually told me to write a snail mail to Paypal. An actual letter that I will have to mail from my country to the USA. Is there a better way to actually get them to respond properly? Does anyone know if talking to an actual paypal representative is better than the chat support? I really need help on this. I'm at my wits end.
