How to confirm reciept when payment was checked out as guest

Hey, I checked out as a guest because at the time I didnt have a paypal account, and the guy is asking me to confirm the receipt because the funds are on hold for him still - I made the payment May 2nd - I have a paypal account now with the same email, card, and bank, but nothing shows up in activity. Is there a way to enter my transaction id or receipt number to get it to show on my activity, or is it a waiting game for him until the funds go through? Thanks 🙂

If the seller shipped your order, they can enter the tracking number into the PayPal transaction on their end and when PayPal's system is able to confirm delivery with the carrier, will release funds within 24/48 hours from confirmed delivery. Otherwise, yes, seller has to wait for PayPal to release funds which is up to 21 days.

Thank you for the fast reply, the seller said its a virtual item so there is no tracking number, should I tell him that he has to wait the 21?
