How to compile an invoice and send to my client

Hi there! I'm a freelancer with clients worldwide. My current client wants me to use my Paypal account to send him an invoice and he will pay me. I haven't done this before so can you help guide me to compile an invoice for sending to my client in Thailand? Thanks

Sorry but Kiribati PayPal accounts can only buy or send money and does not have the ability to accept payments. Have to find another payment processor to accept payments.
