How long to receive request money

So I sold an electronic device for $1,000+ and the buyer paid by me sending a payment request on paypal. The last update on this transaction is that the payment has been successfully approved, but is still coming up as ‘request sending-pending, on the paypal app. Is there a chance i could never get my money? If i will get it, how long does it usually take to show up in my balance?

Sellers request money not buyers, if it was a money request altered to look as if you have been paid then sadly you have been scammed.

Never send anything unless the funds are SHOWING in your paypal account balance, even if pending they would show in your paypal activity and balance.
