Can not receive payment

I have been receiving money on my PayPal for a while- up until recently when I got a message saying I would no longer be able to use my card- I can’t seem to find the message so I don’t know if it was just a pop up on my screen, I don’t know if my account is the problem or if my linked cards are a problem. I have a Malawi Standard/Stanbic bank card and receiving money as well as sending was always a breeze. Please help.

Well, it coundn't be credit card problem if you have a confirmed and not expired card linked to your PayPal account.

 

Possibly the main problem is reaching receiving limits for this month (or other term) accouring to your local country PayPal account rules.

Maybe you should withdraw funds to your bank account to continue receive more on PayPal. The PayPal balance in some countries has its regulated limits.

Or you have reached out some other limits.

Thanks for reaching out. I actually haven’t received money this month and as soon as I do get money I deposit it straight into my card. Is there any other possible reason? 😕 If it is other limits I wonder what those are.
