How long does it take to recieve money when you add it from a retail store

I added money from a walgreens to my paypal account. Let them scan the barcode. I walked out. It's been 10 minutes still I have not received any money on my account? How long does it take.

It's SUPPOSED to only take up to 15 minutes. I added money to my card on Christmas Eve. And I still haven't gotten it.
