Twice now I’ve attempted to send funds to my daughter for my granddaughters prom expenses. Both times she has not received a text from PayPal notifying her the funds are available. I was able to cancel the first transaction; today I tried again. It’s been almost 10 hours and my daughter has still not received anything. The funds were being sent directly from my PayPal account, no intermediary such as my bank or a credit card. Help!
I am also having the same problem I send money to a friend via phone number no email and they haven't recieved no text no notification nothing but the money is pending and has been removed from my account. Did it end up working for you? If so how? My friend still hasn't recieved anything.. . Helppp
