How do i make a inactive automatic payment to active again

So i had accidently cancelled my automatic payment for Itunes & apps. I want to make it active again. Contacted Apple recently & advised to call paypal. Ive tried several times and when i do get put thru to representative & on hold i get busy signal. Anyone help me how to do this myself

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community forum!

In general, once you have cancelled an automatic payment, you will not have the option to activate the same automatic payment again. Instead, you would need to initiate a new billing agreement with the merchant. You can do so only from the seller's website, I am afraid.

I have this issue, and renewing payment from sellers website is refused by Paypal.
