How do i cancel an payment?

I got scammed for 400 dollars.

The money is still on hold in the bank. But will be sent tomorrow if i cant stop it...

Call your bank to stop payment on it due to fraud. Try clicking "report a payment" link or contact PayPal to try and cancel it: 

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, scroll down to click CALL US.
