How do I send unaccepted money back to the sender?

I opened up my PayPal account to accept money from a friend, but found out too late that I can't accept money on here because I am not 18 years of age (I'm 17). However, my friend already sent me $50, and I can't seem to find a way to send it back. I saw somewhere that the unclaimed payment would be reversed after 30 days, but it's been 2 months and my friend still hasn't received the money back. Is there any other way for me to return the money?

I have no idea what's going on they refuse to send my 588.00 back to sender even though they claimed they did.

If pending on the senders end and not accepted then it should time out 30 days post payment.

How can i unaaccepted the money refund from the true sender? Cause after he got the item he buy to me, He issued a refund? like wtf after u get the item? u refund the money u paid to me? SO? HOW CAN I MONEY GET AGAIN? FROM A BUGOS BUYER?
