When a refund is issued, you will receive an email notification from PayPal, and the refund will show in your PayPal 'Activity' page. Refunds can take up to 14 days to process back to your bank/card.
If you cannot locate the refund in your PayPal account, it could mean the merchant has not yet issued it. I would suggest you contact the merchant directly to request it.
