I payed for an item bought on ebay and needed to pay with PayPal credit unfortunately my phone defaulted to pay after delivery can I change it to PayPal credit

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the funding source of a payment once the transaction has been initiated.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
