Help!

I have a new debit card, so I deleted my old one on my account. I just received a refund for something I returned, but the email says it went to my other card which isn’t even active or on the account anymore. Who do I contact to fix this? I assumed it would have gone to my PayPal account regardless and it didn’t. The email was from PayPal
