Help with sending money out of my PayPal

Don’t know was wrong with my account easy to receive money but for me to send out is always a problem and have talk to their custom service yet they didn’t reply me just confused

What funding source are  you using?

Is it confirmed?

What back up funding sources do you have linked?

Are they all confirmed?

I link my Bank and bank ATM Card with two other bank card which are VISA also my account is verified and I make my PayPal balance my preference because I have money in my PayPal balance

ok if you have money in your paypal balance and you have selected that as your preferred funding source then are the funds in the correct currency for the seller you are trying to pay?

Also are the funds cleared and not pending?

Yes they are I always send out in dollars
