Help payment not recieved?

I'm a presenter for younique and a friend of mine said she sent a payment but I never received it but her account says its been accepted.. I don't know how to fix this.

Did she send it to your mobile number or your email address?

I am having the same problem with a mobile payment.

Hey girl sorry i just deleted the account and just did a personal one instead of a business one. She sent the payment through paypal me.
