I try to buy some ítems online in the site: .

When I check out my order there is an option top ay by Paypal. So, I choose the option to pay by Paypal and the site redirects to Paypal to complete the purchase securely. However, the only thing that apperas is this message: “Things don’t appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later”, over and over again.

I created my account a few weeks ago, and I linked my 2 credit cards. They are international credit cards (VISA and MASTERCARD) so, I don’t know what is the problem.

Please help me with this issue.

I had the same problem in my web browser and ebay app too when I am ready to pay the new window opens in paypal site and it appears

"Things don’t appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later."

I dont know if this will work for everyone but here is the solution. The problem is in the automatic payments so you have to cancel the automatic payments from the site or apps with this problem, go to settings>payments>manage automatic payments> in the part where is the "active payments" press "cancel" in all the sites that have this issue, in my case I canceled the auto payments in ebay and then just re login again and it worked perfect again
