Help around my Refund

So i got my refund but the problem is i didnt lose the initial sum that i had to pay, i dont know if its my bank thats lagging behind and didnt yet bill me the initial sum of money or if its something else. Should i just wait and find out and what to do if my bank is not lagging behind on the bill.

If you funded the payment to the seller using bank transfer. What PayPal do here is credit the recipient on your behalf (so there is no delay in despatching your item). Then if you receive a refund in the meantime they are unable to issue this until the original bank transfer completes.
