We apologize as our customer service through phone is not available as of the moment due to the current situation but you can still reach us through live chat by going to your Paypal account, go to Message Center or Contact Us and you would see an option to chat with a representative. They can check your account for you.
Normally, if an authorization or payment is still on pending and we already got a confirmation from the seller that it has been canceled, we would need to wait for them to update it on their system so that the payment gets released or refunded back to the account. Once this has been done on their end, this will automatically be updated on your Paypal account.
